Here at HTFP, we are absolutely committed to getting you the highest quality product, on time, every time.  But to help us with that please bear in mind that by placing an order on our site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions…so here follows the boring legal bit…

1.      HTFP headlines are designed to be light-hearted and humorous.  We reserve the right to refuse to produce any headline that we deem to be offensive.

2.      Users of our products and this website must always use both in a proper and legal manner.

3.      HTFP is not obliged to check the spelling or grammar of any headlines or other text you provide.  Please make sure you check it as mistakes cannot be corrected.

4.      By placing an order with us, you agree never to purchase or have printed any item which will deceive, offend, harm, threaten, mistreat, defame, libel, slander or misrepresent any person, company, institution or the like.  HTFP accepts no responsibility for the consequences if you do.

5.      By placing an order with us, you agree never to use our products to falsely obtain credibility, an identity, or to falsely associate you with others.

6.      By placing an order with us, you agree that your use of this site and our products is entirely at your own risk and we cannot take any responsibility for any consequences arising from any misuse of our products or website.

7.      Should your actions cause HTFP any loss, claims, consequential loss or the like associated with your use of this website or our products, you agree to indemnify us completely.

8       Here at HTFP we will always endeavour to deliver your product within the period specified when you place your order.  However, sometimes delays can occur and we can accept no liability whatsoever for any loss (consequential or otherswise) you suffer as a result of any order you place being delivered outside of such specified period.

9.      Any competitions that are held in conjunction with Hold That Front Page and other parties are certified by the director of Hold That Front Page. No person connected with either Hold That Front Page or the publisher may enter into the competition.
